Aubel is in the east of Belgium on the Plateau of Herve. The village is close to the Netherlands and Germany and is located in the center of the Euregio triangle of Liège-Maastricht-Aachen, located strategically in the heart of the Europe.
The landscapes are part of the Blue Ardennes with attractive valleys, meadows and farmlands. There are numerous walks and you will discover picturesque views. Aubel is a small town of 4000 people where you can find all the necessary shops during your stay, as well as top quality cafes and restaurants.
1 km north of Aubel the Fourons region starts otherwise called "Voerstreek”: woods naturally alternate with well-maintained fields. Six villages are spread over this territory.
